Module One: Mindfulness & Your Mind
Who am I? Why am I triggered? What fears are holding you back from reaching your Divine purpose? What are your limiting beliefs or rackets you keep replaying? What memories are you holding on to? With meditation, journal work, and me guiding you through this module, you will be able to begin to see through the stories.
Module Two: Balancing Your Body
In week two, we work on your breath and how pivotal it is in tying both your mind and soul together. You will learn specific postures that help balance your body while minimizing anxiety and your fear based living. You will start to learn how mindful your negative talk impacts all aspects of your life and hinders your ability to grow.
Module Three: Supporting Your Soul
This is where the the past two weeks of hard work begins to open things up. We continue to work on your shadow (Carl Jung coined term), somatic healing exercise, forgiving yourself, and much more. Stepping into your highest self during this module while just touching on your energy systems, aka chakras. You will create boundaries, non-negotiables, journal, and create a beautiful vision of your holistic Mind.Body.Soul ®.
